Parent Support Group~November 9th, 16th, December 14th, & 21st ~9am - 11am -
This 4 day series aims to provide psychoeducation around attachment theory, co-regulation skills, and a variety of evidenced based practices that help parents and children communicate effectively and feel valued.
$300.00 for all 4 sessions (payment plans available)
Young Adult Support Group~BEGINNING JANUARY 2025!
Meet other likeminded individuals who feel disconnected socially who are also seeking more meaningful connections. This group is intended to break the fear(s) around loneliness and get back to basics through human connection.
